Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. During high-demand periods or launches, processing times may extend slightly.

Delivery Timeframes

We currently ship within the UAE only.

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery across the UAE usually takes 1–3 business days.

GCC and international shipping will open in the coming months. Join our list to be notified the moment we expand.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders. Shipping is available to the destinations shown at checkout.

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. Asalah is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
